Since I placed my order with them, I have experienced shady and un-professionalism service from them. They have a very aggressive marketing team but a lousy after sales service. The website doesn’t accept credit card for payments, only debit card or cash on delivery.
After 45 days, since I placed my order, I haven’t got the right product or my money back. They originally sent me a totally wrong shoes with the wrong size. After returning back the wrong shoes, I am yet to get the right shoes or my money back till date. My sincere advise to all try avoid ordering from sohotofifth, don’t fall for the flashy website and fancy items on display.
