Now-a-days online shopping is a common matter, most of people loves online shopping even I also love shopping through online. I have some experience of online shopping which I want to share with you. Lets start.
1) If you are first time then go for famous website like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal etc and don’t go for newcomer like ChupchapLelo etc.
2) Never go for unnecessary offer like Iphone in 599/- etc.
3) If you are facing some issue on product then immediately call customer care. they will help you. Never give up.
4) Before purchasing you should see the positive & negative review carefully. Please don’t reject by only viewing rating like 3.7 star rating does not mean that product is bad. Sometimes for late delivery, damaged product, packaging etc customer gives negative review which does not means that product is bad.
5) Don’t search for coupon code. I checked several time and I didn’t get any perfect code. It wastes your time.
Finnaly I suggest you if you face some issue on shopping any website then try to contact several times with customer care. They absolutely help you. Some customer care executive does not give enough service, so never give up.
Other tips from personal experience.
Amazon gives best service, But too slow. Easy replacement.
Flipkart giver faster delivery but avg service. Replacement policy complicated.
Shopclues give cheapest quality product and bad service.
Ebay is an average website.
Never go for Naaptol, AnandIndia. Worst quality product.
