=Today I was watching a channel which was advertising a product from TeleCare India. It was called Digital Power Saver. They were claiming that this product can not only save upto 20% on your electricity bills but it will also prevent high/low voltage problems.
According to them you just need to plug this device in any of power switches and it will start working right away.
Following is what they claim
Saving electricity up to 20%
Stabilize the voltage, and prevent the voltage instability, prolong the lifespan of equipment.
Protruding wave device can protect the equipment and prevent current protrude wave.
The product don’t consume power itself and will not increase additional cost even if it is used day and night.
The product is highly recommended for the following electronic equipments: air-condition, washing machine, fanner, refrigerator, TV, PC, florescent light, water pump, light pump etc.
I searched for this device on internet and came to know that this is a complete fraud. This device does nothing. When some people opened this device there was only a circuit to light up its two LEDs.
So please beware of this nonsense.
