My wife sent a rakhi combo to my brother on 19th and payment also got deducted from my account. Such a emotional festival and rediff shopping is soo idiot that after 3 days now they have written to me that we are processing the refund.
When asked to there customer care, he doesn’t have any reason for such wonderful job done by them. My whole festival is spoiled. NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM REDIFF.
I know with this kind of services, no one can survive long. So sooner or later this will also vanish.
