One day I had really seen the face of a moron that I got a call from global e procure HR named Shraddha for attending the interview @ global e procure Airoli, Mumbai. I gave it a try. On the first day I was bombarded with 2 technical interviews which I cleared fortunately. I was asked to leave and come later as the person for 3 rd round was not present. No call came from them for 1 week after which she asked me to come again for 3rd round of interview with VP on a working day on the work timing. On reaching there and after waiting for 1 hr I was told that the VP is still not there and he will take the interview telephonically.
What nonsense! Why was I called when the interviewer was not present. If it could be done telephonically why was I asked to take off from my work and come for interview.Anyways I proceeded for the round and I was told that I cleared that too.After that I was told one more technical round is there. Ok cleared that too.HR Miss Shraddha came to me and said congrats you have cleared all the rounds and selected. I will just come back with your salary break up. After taking my salary expectations, she went away and came back to tell me that person who prepares salary break up is not present and that she will email me the breakup tomorrow. That tomorrow never came till 15 days when I called her back. She was arrogant enough to tell me that she is busy now and will callback after some time.
Anyways no one called back. It was quite strange that after wasting my 2 days for interview and after telling me officially why they can’t send me offer letter. If they do not want to select me a single line will do"Opportunity does not match with your profile".. But these nonsense HR waste your time and energy, tell you that you are selected and never offer you. I came to conclusion that global e procure is a company filled with ridiculous HR practices. There HR are idiots. They dont know how to respect an individual and do not maintain a minimum professional code of conduct. After commiting that I am selected for the job, they did not even reverted back to me.Well later I came to know from my friends that I was not the only one, many others were treated like this.Guys, please do not join this company as there is no guarantee that HR will even revert back to you that you have been selected or even when they will put you out. Company is not safe at all for software employees.Its a gujju minded company so be cautious and never waste your time on their interviews.
