I have 5yrs+PB plan with Go Leisure, which includes Solaris club membership. It is actually a joke. When I asked for it they gave me 1 month gym voucher. The voucher needs to be renewed from their office on SB road every month! Also it was only for gym, not other facilities. On repeatedly calling them and asking about it they said you should have asked for club voucher. Which I had asked for in writing(email). They don’t care to know about customer’s plan and what he is entitled for.
Their customer care number is often not available when their staff is away at their "events". They don’t have dedicated staff for answering customers. If you call during this time, after many rings a security guard answers your call and tells you they will call back in some time. So you wait. And nobody calls.
So far I haven’t availed any tour using their services, so can’t comment on that. If you want to join a professional hassle-free holiday club, I suggest you don’t go for Go Leisure.
