While selling the warranty they mention everything is covered, you don’t need to pay anything for any issues while in this extended warranty. With the very first issue of squeaking noise from the washing machine, the service advisor arrived and threw the bomb "Sir plastic and rubber parts are not covered, you gotta pay Rs. 575/-" height of it was they asked for service/visiting charges also, that was supposed to be free in the service contract. Go for Samsung, video con, LG. NO GODREJ. GODREJ= CHOR.
