Why did you get off the vehicle? I mean, did you not call ola customer service and inform them right there? Which city. I want to start using ola cabs but looking at this I dread not.

I am using maruti products and this is my 3rd car. Maruti scores the best in service. You will find jerks every where but maruti steps in at the right time and makes customers life easy. Quality of service, inexpensive parts and fantastic mileage. I doubt if any other manufacturer provides this. Ple read more...

my ac also has gas leakage issues after using it for 1 year. I am using 1 ton ac. Rinkyrakesh is right in saying the service person does not care and they are damn expensive. I live in mumbai. you should consider carrier instead.
