I booked bus ticket in SVR travel through goibibo for wrong date by mistake. As per SVR travel the ticket can be cancelled and get refund if cancelled prior to 6 hours (https://svrtravels.com/Partial_Cancellation.php).
I was trying to cancel prior to 20-22 hours where full refund was applicable from SVR side but was not allowed to do either from goibibo website nor via customer care. Customer Care was pointing finger on travel company whereas SVR travel was clearly saying that you should get full refund through goibibo as I paid them.
But due to goibibo worst policy I didnt got any refund even if I didnt travelled. This is one of the worst example. I am wondering why goibibo is forcing such rule on customer if either bus or air carrier doesnt have such rules.
I faced similar issue, even when I booked air ticket earlier.
