Ciggerates are the most harmful thing ever. It causes many type of the harmful diseases such as lung cancer and also itching in the throats. Its packets are not so good . I think government should be banned those companies that produces the ciggarates. Everybody knows about its harmful effects but still they consuming it and some peoples are using it in very large amount . I think we have to give awareness to these peoples to don’ t used it and also thought about there family. its availability and packaging is poor. In the last I request to do not used it . It is harmful for out body and also environment.
