I have used groupon vouchers to gift and for myself and so far my experience has been ok.
Today’s expensive world sure a deals do help your pocket specially when you want luxury and that too cheap.I am not saying groupon is best or worst , it is both .But whatever has worked for me may it works for other people who want to go for it.
1} always read the deal completely .
2}call the venue first that this kind of deal is displayed on groupon website and confirm weather it is correct , judge the speaker , ask him honestly will they provide easy hassle free service for the coupon or if they can offer same product with less discount directly to you without coupon .if they are providing same service and are advising you not to use coupon dont print coupon because ultimately you are availing service from groupon.
3} Always fix your vendors and what kind of service you want and then go on groupon , so that way you dnt get trapped in for deals from bad vendors.
4}do background check from other sources before taking coupons , if the coupon is from good brand or not
5}dont buy coupons that are stupidly cheap chances of fraud are more, no one can provide laser treatment for 200 who is well qualified
6}Afterall use your common sense
But like most other fraud companies chances of being cheated are always high in India , so it is just luck if it happens. and the main reason for frauds in INDIA is poor regulation acts and laws for websites and vendors both.
