Excellent service for a defective product

I had bought a product from crazeal website and paid using my CC. I rec’d the product in 7 working days after giving my address confirmation twice to support callers. To my horror, the product looks like a used one and is totally in a bad shape though the box looks untampered at first sight. I wrote an email to crazeal about this complaint and waited. I had a very bad experience with another online shopping portal wherein it took me few weeks to return and get my money back and thus was keeping my fingers crossed.


I waited for a day for response and then decided to call. One of the support guys apologized (very strange and pleasant exp.) and updated me the process for return. She also sent me a mail outlining the details of the process. Again, I followed the process and waited for blue dart guys to reverse pick up the product. Bang!!! they came on the day promised, late by couple of hours but much better from another portal I spoke about wherein they kept me waiting for days for pick up. I requested for a refund and I got it in 3 working days after the pick up reached their office (you can track this pickup).


Overall, it was a very nice experience with them and I will definitely shop with them again though I would suggest them to check the product before dispatch.
