I bought a Haier split ac in Aug 2015. With one year warranty and half yearly free servicing.
After 06 months inspite of repeated requests and complaints no one came to service the AC. After raising the level of complaints 01 service manager came and cleaned up the filter(That is all) and the servicing was done! Quick servicing!
But within a week the ac started leaking and water started dropping inside the room. Again the series of complaint started. Latest being CH20160414100262. The complaint was lodged on 14 Apr and till now no one has turned up. Spoken personally to the service manager but still no one has turned up. Extremely poor after sale servicing and customer support. My sincere advice not to buy any Haier product(Bad company)
