I am a huge fan of John Carpenter, all his movies are awesome ( majority) and This film is one of my favorite since its original & I found out that from Halloween 2 ( 1981) to Halloween 2 ( 2009) is excluded which means this new Halloween is a direct sequel to 1978 original. Halloween ( 2018) is the best sequel ever for 40 years; From 1978 - 1997 , the best Halloween movie is 1978 Halloween, whereas the best Halloween movie in the 2000s such as 2002, 2007 & 2009 ( a remake) , the 2018 Halloween is fantastic from story to directing to music soundtracks I praised alot.
