I have been driving a Ford Fusion+ with ABS/EBD etc for a little over two years now. Please see full details of my horrendous experience in the Ford Fusion section on this website.
As regards Ford’s delaership. The car was bought from South City Ford at Noida. I gave up sending the car to that dealership after 6 months. While courtesy and timeliness was good, the quality of the work they did was terrible. Instead I opted for Harpreet Ford at Motinagar. Little did I know I have jumped from the frying pan to the fire!
The car is 26 months old, done about 40, 000 kms, been for repairs and servicing for more than 20 times! I am not exagerating. Just ask the Ford Delerships by the car number DL 9C AN 0968. On two occassions the car broke down immediately after arriving back from the dealership after repairs. For instance after they fixed the fixed the steering, the car came back and spewed oil all over our office parking lot from the hydraulics! They fixed the A/C and the same evening it conked out again requiring expensive change of cooling coils!
To be fair, Harpreet’s staff is courteous and they do maintain declared timelines. But that’s it. They dont seem to be doing the required work. Dont buy Fords and dont buy from either South City For or Harpreet Ford!
