I have a hathway connection for more than a year now. Most of the times, its disconnected, everytime I call them , they have a standard answer ’’ It will be done by 12 noon tommorrow’’, which never happens. I am just tired of calling them up. It seems that they are doing a social service by providing connectivity ( which is rationed - sometimes 5 minutes in a day to 10 hours in a day).
Never never take a connection from Hathway, there shop will definitely shut if they continue to give same level of customer service. I know at least 3 people in my building who have shifted to some other ISP from hathway. So best of luck to anyone planning on taking a hathway connection. ( Please factor in the local call charges also when buying a hathway connection or if you are taking a hathway connection, also get a phone connection which has free local calls).I am switching to a new ISP, at least my local call bills would come down as well as the stress levels.
