I bought a HCl leaptop, after 2 months my lap got crashed and again tried to put Windows XP os in it but it refused to install it. Yet it agreed Windows Vista. So I took my lap to the dealer by whom I bought that lap.
He send it to the service centre and returned it back to me nearly 1 1/2 months said me that ploble was on the cmos battery. within a week the problem again came. What should I do now ? again I took my lap to the dealer and again he send it to service centre and returned back my lap after 2 mon 8 days.
After that day by day my lap condition got worst, my touchpad was n’t working well, left touchpad button got damaged itself, power button broken, and battery life went down ( battery life was 2hrs 3min when I bought it first after 8 months it will only stands for 1hr 10min ) and finally one fine morning my lap was not even power on( when I pressed broken power button it remains but not switch on ).
Again I brought it back to the dealer, those service centre guys said that motherboard gone at finally. I gave it to them 2 1/2 months back but still there is no sign of getting my lap back. Whenever I call the dealer, he said that the motherboard is comin from delhi, so it take some time. God only knows when I get back my lap, but onething to all human beings in this world, never go for HCL, it’s an indian Co., so think about it. Indian products and that too HCL products are the world’s most worst products.
