HCL is a s#cking company I came to know after buying there laptop, they have the poorest quality of material in the laptop. to start with the first month.
1) screws stated coming out of the laptop
2)mother board stopped working in 6th month, a refurbished one was replaced after a month of the laptop being in the service station.
the impolite idiots at the servicing team doesn’t know abt the problem
3)hinges got jammed in 9th month and the service engineer told that this is not covered in the warranty and gave me the best price if 8000 for the replacement
4) display went out in 9th month as well and was replaced again after a month.
5)mother board crashed again in 12 th month(twice in a year) time they replaced it in 15 days thankfully.
6)charger stopped working
7) again display went out in 15th month
8)i sold this and bought a new pc from dell since then and its working fine.
I cannot mention how I was tormented and my calls charges during those days when I call the call center. they just put you on hold for 30 minutes or more on a non toll free number.
its not only me but many of my friends(since we purchased it together) faced a ditto issue.
I warn you guys never ever in life buy any stuff from HCL however you might fall an easy prey(like me) for there cheap prices and glossy finish but that is just a trap.
I thus request all of the readers believe my words and not buy this sh*t. If you still dont believe me just drop buy a nearest hcl service station or call there helpline number and you will come to know the reason.
