Complaint against ICICI bank ATM

On 2nd july 2013, I got my salary on my HDFC bank account on the same day I made the transaction of Rs.8400 from there ATM at 10:13pm. I just count it going back but when I checked completely outside the ATM I found two of the note of Rs 500 were torn from between and one I got in Half piece. As I dont know about any course of action so today I go to the nearest branch of ICICI Bank and I asked to change my three note of Rs. 500 which means Rs. 1500. They have changed my two note but one I got half they straight away denied to change it. I asked to Complaint Manger Mr. Ajay Sharma but they are not ready to listen me and teaching me the rules.


Using ATM for more than 3 years I have never got such kind of experience so How can I know the norms. After all this they tell me to complaint on their phone banking but when I called I found that I am in waiting and my number is 72 and after when I got connected they transfer my line to concern department they could not understand my problem and put me on hold and get disconnected.


When I call my phone banking they told me to contact nearest ICICI bank and when I called there they told me to contact HDFC and no one help me. With this forum I just want aware all people in Noida Sector-12 or 22 please don’t use ICICI Atm I got straight away no from Mr. AJAY SHARMA at sector-12 noida 201301 branch. I am writing all the details of the transaction and also the serial of the currency also the scan images of the note and ATM SLIP
