This along with Kotak Bank are two of the worst banks in india, where they harass you over signature verification. Because on record they both have signature that was recorded when you open your account some 10 or 15 years ago. Every one knows signature changes over time due to many physical conditions.
Now with the HDFC Bank I am trying to change my mobile number and email id.
I submit a form with my latest signature and they refuse to make the required changes for my signature does not match the one on records. They do not have a procedure to facilitate the customer in instances like this.
