i activated my service yesterday evening and this morning act said i have used 51 gb in just 6 hours. obviously insiders stealing the data. unfortunately i signed up for six m onths.

they confessed they could not find out who was hacking my data and they do not wish to do anything about it. i really do not wish to pay for a service where some one is stealing my data. as is i have lost a few thousand dollars due to airtel's falty security system. i just cancelled my account with read more...

no response from airtel people. they are giving me the royal runaround since almost two weeks. they are happy with the swindle.

looks like most of these new taxi services including uber have deteriorated enormously since the time they introduced the service. like uber initially they used to send benz and other high end cars. now most of the time we get low end toyota or hyundai cars.

this is true of a majority of indian companies. dealing with them is a nightmare. companies i dealt with are Airtel, DishTv, Kotak Bank, HDFC Bank. I believe indian companies are not service oriented and they lack integrity.

i also had a bad experience with easy cabs. booked for a round trip, but the driver just wanted to drop me off at the airport and did not accept credit card payment. and was very rude.
