Pathetic Customer Service

Last year it took more than 1 month (after payment) and numerous calls to get my policy documents. This year I was promised that there would not be any delay in delivering policy documents. I trusted them...and again same thing is.


Till the time you make payment, they will call you, attend your calls. Once you pay them, they would not even bother to take your calls or respond to  your emails. I dont understand why it takes time to delivery hard copy.


Not sure about claims settlement. But I am sure, with this pathetic customer service once can not expect good customer service. So stay away fro HDFC ERGO Motor Insurance.
