Sexually and mentally harass women, and mentally harass male at client location.
Instead of hiring local people, prefer to bring offshore people on visas to be treated as slaves. once they are at client location, make them work like slaves, and resources can’t leave as well due to visa constraints.
Also managers expect sexual desires from female workers, in exchange of position/visa extension.
One such incident happened at client location where in a women was terminated due to her non desire to provide her services apart from work. She was pregnant and was terminated because of her pregnancy and not her performance.
