Salary is not everything, we are human resources, and not slaves, or commodities, and there is no cost attached to someone who is educated, talented, and good resource, . So better run from genpact if you can, otherwise you will regret, wasting time and adding anger frustration to your life

No matter ow much they pay, there is no cost for slavery, better work for a company like 100-150 people than run after brand name. if you are female, u might be expected to return favors other than work, for promotions, and other visa stuff.
