I saw the advertisement in newspaper and was curious to know about their program. I called up the Noida centre. The lady who answered my call seemed positive and knowledgeable. I fixed up and appointment and went to the clinic. I negotiated hard and got the package for loosing 3 inches from my tummy. I have been told there would be One C-Lipo session of 20 minutes, one C-Lipo R session for twenty minutes and a few body firming sessions. I need to go there twice a week.
So far I am feeling hopeful that I would be able to reduce my tummy as the staff out there seems promising. I shall keep you all updated how it goes. But one piece of advise to readers who are expecting miraculous results, that just this therapy alone will not make you loose weight, you will need a proper diet control and regular exercise for best results. I am going with the similar attitude.
Today my middle part of abdomen(Umbilical area) measures 37 inches. I want to get it to 34.So lets see how it goes!
Next review will be tomorrow after I take my first session.
PS:- Most of the positive reviews about health sanctuary seem fake to readers here because of following reasons:-
(a) Names like various singhs and khans and attractive names.(use more imagination and more common names, next time)
(b) People writing their names in the review.(never seen that before.especially from high class clientele)
(c) People defending negative reviews so vociferously.:)
d) Most reviewers have written only one review.:)
