Im also a user of 2011 New CBZ Xtreme. Bought my bike on August 1st week 2011. Around some 3800kms done. Should say that its an amazing vehicle. Its the best fit for tall people..even if its very heavy (Heaviest in 1500cc segment), we wont feel any difficulty in handling while riding. Its very flexible even inside heavy city traffic of Bangalore. Gives me a mileage of 40-45kmpl.
On a single day, I have covered 310 kms on my bike. I must say that I dint have any back pain problems even after this very long ride.. Bike will zoom above 90s within seconds even with pillion.. One of the main factor which affects the comfort is its very wide seats..for both rider as well as pillion...which none of the bikes have.. Suspension also shud be praised for this..Pillion also wont get affected much even if we are riding through uneven tarmac roads with potholes.
Every day I used to start my vehicle on Choke..will put on choke for some15-20seconds. Then only would accelerate.. I had never experienced a problem with electric start during morning time. Another thing that should be shared- MRF Zapper suckkks to the core. Will never go for Zapper once the stock tyres got worn out..
I came across some problem with the Self start only once..that was something unexpected(Usually my bike get started on a single click, that too it jus needed a smooth touch on the self start button, which is something amazing I would say). On that day, I rode for around 25 km before reaching my home. After that I again took my vehicle for another ride..but this time it dint get started.
I didnt get what xactly was the problem..i tried with choke 5, 6 times. No response..then I tried with accelerating while self starting. This time it started responding and after 2, 3 times it got started. Anybody had such type of experience?
Only drawback I wud say is the mileage. Ill rate 3.5 out of 5 for that. Rest all 4.7 out of 5.
Happy now- Even im getting 44- 46 kmpl in Bangalore traffic...!!!!!
