Heard they are completely off from business. Sad that you lost the money and there is literally no one to respond to any queries now. Im a postpaid user and have not paid the last bill and im not planning to pay also till anyone from MTS call me back

UPDATE: After 4 days of struggle with Zoomcar customer care, they agreed to refund my money today!

They have started acting strange and started looting customers with random charges. Its time to keep away from Zoom. We have lot of other good players in town now.
Replaced bikes batter after 5 years of usage, Seems that was a very good deal on any batteries. I had no extra accessories installed on y bike. This time im going with Amaron batteries and expecting some good life from that too lets see The stock one was Exide though
