*First of all Thanks all for your valuable suggestions for the reviews!
First lemme tell you my riding details
*I commute 75 kms a day with average traffic in Hyderabad.
I generally ride my bike between 40-60 and use the break as less as possible.
I am getting a mileage between 56-61 kmpl.
yeah what you saw in the above line is really true.
But when I speed some times i.e 80-100 kmph I get a mileage of 50 kmpl.
The only thing is I dont use so much of braking.
The throttle response is awesome and the pick up is great and also the engine is smooth and very silent the way it was when I bought it.
Now I clocked 7000 kms in 4 months.
Riding position is fair enough and because the bike rides very smooth we dont feel any tiresomeness.
At the same time I have seen a Hunk which is giving 26 kmpl .
One thing, Ride ur bike carefully for the first 2k and then if you ride it decently you will always get 50 kmpl.
Earlier
After riding the Hunk for quite a good time I am writing this review.
Firstly let me discuss the cons of this bike
Hard Gear Shift
Lighting
Bad Helmet locking provision
Now if you observe the Pros.
Great Looks
Big Machine
Best After Sale Service
Great silent Engine
Better Performance
Now the analysis
First point every body would be interested in is mileage. It give you around 50 kmpl yes 50 Kmpl
and when yopu are taking bike like this forget about mileage. I would no thave felt bad even if it would have given me 45.
Second Point what is the top speed. Well the company claims it to be 120 but I was able to reach 118 kmph successfully and without any vibration.
I should give kudos to all the Hero Honda Engineers who came up with such an engine which doesnot make any noise even at higher speeds and that is the Show Stealer with respect to this bike.
Thrid point is it advanced? I say no but why do we need a digital speedometer. Believe me it fades out after 3-4 years and is a costly affair though. The tail lamps should have been LED ones which I agree are not given in this bike.
One more thong people look for is the handling and seating. Well the seating comfort is good but not great though but you dont feel any thing problematic. Handling is fair enough but it is a little to take on the steep curves.
Last but not the least, is this attractive? Well lemme say Honestly that whenever I stop at the traffic signal people are staring as if some thing that is really big is passing by. It has got those Damn looks.
I am satisfied with the bike. Guys dont believe anyone and even me. Just take a test ride of all the bikes that you have in your mind and then decide. I might have felt it to be better because I am 63.5" tall and well built. So try out and first thing you consider is your riding position and comfort and all other things come next.
Will come up with more technical coverage shortly- Watch Out!
Dont wanna bother you people more!
All the Best with your Biking!
Part - 2
Update
I gave a review about the Hunk a couple of months ago. Now its the time when I clocked 3k. So can give a more tech review
The engines performance is like butter smooth. It does not make any noise and it is the best I guess, in the 150 CC class bikes that we have in India.
Secondly, the bikes power is also awesome not great with the initial kickoff but to unleash the real power take it past 4k rpm and you will get to know. This attains great balance because of that. I guee the reason why you cannot feel the initial pickup is that the bike is too heavy to jump also HH bikes(Even Karizmas) does not jerk with the acceleration.
Ride quality is also great- In city traffic you can take so many curves and I felt it is one of the best for Hyderabadi roads.
The highway ride is also great because you never feel like you are riding a bike becaue of its ultra smoothness.
The Head Lamp as I said is not at the best. Also the rear look of the bike also makes it look like a smaller class one.
The Fuel consumption is around 50kmpl with a deviation of 3 km both ways.
The seating is what makes this bike comfortable to ride because you feel that gthe handle is at the right height to ride it . Atleast thats the case with me as I am 63.5" tall.
Now comes the main thing the cons of the bike:
Well the gear shift has been hard and it is still the same.
Since the bike is made bigger which is the USP of this, it cant penetrate much between the traffic.
So my recommendation goes in like if you like to ride some thing big and efficiently smooth go for this and if you are among those who want to pimp out with the initial pick up, this is not for you.
I am very satisfied with this in all aspects but every one will have his own view. So before buying a bike take a test ride and take the one that fascinates you. In 150 CC segment almost all the bikes the same mileage.
