My wife Sheetal & I were looking out for a short break the last weekend which happened to turn into a long & lazy weekend, we did not want to venture out any where far, to avoid the hassle of driving back after the holiday. One of our close family friend suggested we try Holiday Village, situated on the kanakapura road, just 10 minutes ahead of the Jayanagar. We were pleasantly surprised to find a full fledged Resort Hotel with 16 cottages, bar , swimming pool, billiards and truly fabulous food. We booked 2 of their Pool facing Suite rooms (very resonably priced @ Rs 3000/oo). The kids spent most of the day splashing around in the toddlers pool or on the swings & slides.
The very humble and attentive staff made our stay a memorable one, we enjoyed the live Ghazal programme the evening we reached.The next day was Sheetal’s birthday Impromptu we decided to call over a few friends for dinner and had a great Party in the discotheque. Would certainly recomend this fabulous resort for a short relaxing vacation.
