Have been visting Holiday Village regularly and have never faced an issue of this kind, infact I find the staff most Courteous and polite, and the food and ambience just fabulous, Guess this must have been a one off incident

My past exeriences here have been nothing of the crazy sort illustrated in this review, sad the guy expects 5 star facilities, and does not want to go to one !!!
