I had brought a LG Optimus Net p690 mobile from this online shop homeshop18.com, on Dec 2011, and till date am happy with the LG product I have received.
I had order on Dec and delivery time was 6-7 working days, which arrived on time on a sunday, I had paid using a debit card, as I had got discount coupon. I had to rush to the Aramex courier to see the phone, was eager to see it:) .Well the Packing was not that great, there’s another box covering the mobile box, which is not a good idea.
The customer service called me up to confirm the order and address, and the way they were speaking was not good, as if they were in hurry or something, or they fed up of calling customers and asking the same answers which they already have, to confirm.
The phone is good shape till date and working fine, as for the product review I will have post it in product section of the mobile section.
Overall I would still recommend to buy products from HomeShop18.
