One of the worst customer care who do not respond

We ordered a jewelry as a gift. The delivery is fast though the customer care does not respond to your queries. The product which we received was damaged.


I have sent the Invoice copy as Whats App which they mentioned in the Ticket which they call as fast customer care service.Now it is more than 2 weeks the customer care have not contacted me after customer care acknowledged the copy for the resolution of the damaged product. Calling customer care does not help as they say to raise the ticket.
