True review. Faced similar issue with Pure it. Also service is pathetic. Request re-installation on 11/11/2014 and till date only hear request is sent on priority basis from customer care and the customer care is also very rude. They asked me to call representative if it is urgent very rudely.

I stay in Hyderabad and was planning to buy IFB front load however now decided against it as I got similar experience with one of my relative staying in Hyderabad for IFB. Somebody rughtly said GOOD Product + WORST service = BAD PRODUCT
