It all started almost 6 months ago when I ordered a wall clock online. While the clock looked nice, I ordered and the product was delivered and all looked fine. We used it for 6 months but then started noticing that the dial base has started puffing up unevenly from different sides and has started giving ugly look to the clock overall.
I raised a complaint to fabfurnish. They asked for the images first which I shared. After few days, they came back mentioning that the product is not having any warranty and they can’t do anything. However, the product clearly holds 1 year warranty on it and is still listed on their website mentioning the same. This shows the complete lack of customer friendly attitude and carelessness towards customer. Hope my review dissuades few others and make them think twice before shopping on fabfurnish. Anyway, I read somewhere couple of days ago that they might close down in next few months which I believe may be attributed to their pathetic customer service as one of the reasons.
