Bad support terms for an online seller

I got my order delivered in my office on 28th Dec. I was busy and could open the big box by 30th Dec. Found one item broken. When informed they said I’m supposed to open it within 24-48 hours of receiving my parcel and they simply rejected my claim.


I paid almost 1600 bucks and now it’s a waste. This company’s support terms are bad. They have written this terms somewhere in their website that the customers should open the box within 48 hours. Not recommended.
