In the year 2013, when I was looking for a upgrade for my most loved Apache RTR180, one Friend of a Friend was selling his CBR250, which was almost new- just more than 1 year old and under 10K on Odo. Though I am not a fan of smooth/linier power delivering bikes, I bought it, as he was offering low price and I wont loose much If I ride it for a couple of years and resell it. But it was so good, I kept it for 4 years with me before selling it in 2017 to another friend of mine. It had extremely good milege and extremely reliable machine, which could take abuse easily.
