I wanted to buy a bike definitely other than the common buzzword - Pulsar. This is my nature to get ’different’ from others. But yes I did not pretermit one important factor - Performance!
I had read reviews on different bikes in MouthShut.com and I found only this bike to be new and different, and, of course meeting the Mileage, Performance, Style, Look, Pickup, Maintenance and other important factors. Only Honda Unicorn 150cc passed with distinction in all aspects!
Prominent vistas:
* Excellent pickup even at top most gear!
* Wondrous... Did you hear that engine sound?
* Seat and driving handle arrangement shows that virtuoso engineering! Totally Relaxed!
* Look and Style? Don’t you see positive Fashion statement in a gallantly standing bike!
* Heavy bike - but light ride. Riding smoothness is astounding!
* Bike is smart enough to avoid Vibration upto 50 - 60 kmph.
* Not sure about average, but it is excellent enough in its range of bikes - 55 to 65 for sure!
Diddles should be welcomed:
* I literally don’t like the conventional gear shifting pattern. When I need to put in neutral - it goes up, down, up.. And when needed to jump on 1st/2nd gear, it forces other riders to horn me.
* Unable to put helmet lock on the back side! Makes riding somewhat uncomfortable even helmet is not on the lock [ ;) ]
* No extra distance meter...
But all in all, I highly recommend Honda Unicorn 150cc...!
