I went to this hotel on 31st Aug to 4th September. Booked Deluxe A/c room via yatra.com.
*Positives:*
Hotel is located at 2 minute distance from Calangute Beach.
Transport easily available near hotel and market location also favorable.
It has a good veg restaurant(except some food items not available due to off season).
Rooms are small and basic requirements are fulfilled. They are clean but not up to mark(staff said it is due to weather but in deluxe a/c room I doubt it should be like that) .
*Some problems were also there:*
There was some vagueness regarding breakfast in the inclusions in the booking from Yatra website and provided at hotel.
The staff was not ready to change bed-sheets, towels, blankets(required cleaning) daily basis.
Some dirty mattresses(bed bugs seen), bed sheets, towels lying in the small corridor.
Overall plus due to location(recommended due to this point) and food. Improvement in cleanliness and room service required.
