Housefull representative, please let us know if your products are termite protected. I bought a bunk bed from Marathhalli, Bangalore and I reported termite issue to them. They are saying they will send somebody next week to fix it but their warranty/products does not cover termite issues.
Please let every one know that cheap items comes with very basic warranty! It helps people to decide whether to come to you or not!
