No response, no replacement

They are really worst in terms of service. Its been 20 days they are not able to replace the damaged furniture which was damaged at time of delivery by them. If they have to sell the same furniture they will take 10 days to deliver but in case of replacement no idea from them. Payment has to be done in advance but service that’s not their cup of tea. Service center is worst customer service Sunita singh never picks up the call n if by chance she picked up the phone she has no idea about the update.


Their managers never picks up the call Rajeev_Vermacially if you had word with them and you have told them about the issue. In short they sucks... None of the call center number is working. I am going to file case against this housefull in consumer court if any one likes to be part then kindly email me at shrikant_friend@yahoo.com.


Thanks, please its advice do no go for their less cost but do look for service also.
