Absolute right they are really worst in terms of service. Its been 20 days they ar enot able to replace the furniture. You are right Kurogirl same issue i also purchased the hitachi ace cutout on 21 march its blower makes so much noise and they replace the unit and now this second unit also has the same issue + tripping also it automatically trips off when its trying to start the compressor.
