Avoid purchase. HP is a fraud company with respect to selling and providing services.
We bought HP care pack worth Rs. 7198/- in 2017 student offer covering my laptop till Aug 2020. While trying to use the warranty, to our utter shock, we learnt that our care pack do not include any care pack services as per following official communication from HP service support.
