Multi national talk, Desi action: I bought an HP 5118, it in May 2006, and its speaker grills were rusting in a year. the fan assembly needed changing, when they changed it they put scratches all over.. and they just dont respond to customer calls, mails, threats, etc. You need good customer service, they dont know what it means. I have even sent an angry mail to HP Indias president. And am now planning to get media support to expose their inadequacies.
This is more of a rant, but shows how upset, and fed up I am with this product. I wish there was a way to let HP worldwide know How bad their India office is. Phones dont go through, if they do, they dont they say theyll call back, but dont. This tirade can go on and on. I mean, whats the point of getting world class products when they have Desi attitudes to the customer.
