I replaced the plastic speakers that came inside the box with Onkyo floor speakers (SKF 4700) (wooden), for B speakers (music only) Impressed by the quality, i also went out and got SKS 4700 (B) for the centre and surround. I also bought an HP 5118, it in May 2006, and its speaker grills were rusting in a year. the fan assembly needed changing, when they changed it they put scratches all over.. and they just dont respond to customer calls, mails, threats, etc. You need good customer service, they dont know what it mean read more...

I have a Hp 5118 myself.- and am now filling all the reviews of their pathetic after sales. you should have highlighted the bad service. it negates any of the good things you said about the laptop. And what about your speaker grills - havent they rusted by now?

i must say, very well put! I just had a demo of the product done an hour ago.. and headed straight for the net. This info was useful. But i saw a cheaper product, with better specs,. on ebay. Maybe people could try that out, esp. if living in Bombay. Just do a search in wet vacuum cleaners. I may read more...
