Horrible Bank with Horrible Services-HSBC

My worst experience on a Sunday morning to get the details of my loan. Well the IVRS and the staff can give you a run around. Five calls lasted for 1hour 20 mins with out a resolution.


Service reps with an heavy accent but no intention to help customers. Cant agree more with the worst reviews I see for their services. Not a toll free number they leave the customer in lurch to find a solution.


Keeping agents as rude as Rishavh can give no better name to this organization. Audacity to tell after being on hold for 20 mins that he cannt commit how long still I have to wait. Stay away from these fancy banks with service quality zero. Can only build on marketing and advertising.


I still do not have a resolution after one hour spent. See no accountability. The rep who claims to be a supervisor did not how long I was put on hold. She could only assure me that the concern will be forwarded to higher mangement( Guess they are sleeping on a sunday) which is a joke these days.
