You should mention some ID or booking code. There's little point getting on to a customer forum and expecting a resolution if you don't share vital information for them to connect with you! You probably feel better after your review but it still leaves your issue unresolved.

When any kind of online transaction is unsuccessful on any website, the money is blocked by your bank or credit card company as a safety precaution and not by the vendor. The fact that there was a booking error is testimony of the fact that it didn't reach the payment gateway stage.

Well what happens many times is that the company refunds the money to your bank or credit card but for whatever reason the bank will not credit it to your account. By keeping it suspended, the bank can also play around with your money and earn on it. You should check with your bank first. I've faced read more...

Many times companies refund the money and for whatever reason, the bank takes forever to credit it to your account so you can't really hold the company accountable. I've experienced this a few times. Suggest you share the ref ID in case someone comes across this and can contact you.

Your review sounds like a scam more than anything else! If you're so ticked off by their services and inability to assist you, I would think you'd mention your contact details or some kind of reference number etc.
