Well folks the gtx Tornado is a lot of car for your money, I love the gear knob from the Hyundai coupe and the sporty fabrique, you also get a six cd changer, engine immobilizer, leather steering u name it, performance may not be in the league of the mighty city vtec. But at mid range somewhere around 3500 rpm it is peppy enough to give you a backbone jerk u can feel the 103 horses at this stage and it is refined and fast till the red line. Guys I feel that I can outclass even an ikon 1.6 with my gtx seriously, fuel economy is pretty good on the highway I mange around 13 to a litre with my kind of driving style which is a bit on a racy side a light footed driver is sure to extract more, folks Hyundai service is mind boggling it is simply the best in India primary reason to go for their product. The Tornado gtx is shod with brilliant bridgestone potenzas r14s H rated tyres which provide tremendous high speed handling, the chases is tweaked towards a sporty mode and is a bit harsh at low speeds but I think it is with respect to the performance oriented drivers the car will attract but anyways suspension is pretty good on long hauls. The transmission is a bit hayward and a touch nauchy I’d rather prefer something more direct which is infact the only thing I dislike about the car but all in all a well rounded performance car, so friends if u love driving a car filled with goodies and offering good performance and u can’t afford a skoda RS look no further.
