Manufacturing defects

Pathetic reliability. Dealrer network good but 180 degree customer service pathetic. Talking to National Service Head was even useless . I complain him for customer service being complacent of my complaint. and dicussed issue with car and he confirmed someone will contact me soon but well that was all fake. So guys if anyone of youo becomes unlcuky with it dont go and waste time banging your head to customer service rather resell the car and buy a non hyundai.:) luncky ones should enjoy good dealer service.

pankaj - NCR service incharge - very specific about his dealers.


I can give you their mobile numbers as well if you make a request as response to this posting but trust me going to consumer court is better and easier way to tackle these fat asses
