well.. Preepraj, sorry dear ... actually comment was meant for a company and was not personal to anyone... only thing I would say is that if u have personal relations with company, ignore it if u can't get the quality improved. And better collect be4 u next rite a comment here. FYI... AC Nielson i read more...
Thermostat valve was having manufacturing defect. This was earlier as well in 500 Santro's which were called back somewhere in 2003. well that video thing was accidental
