I bought an imate PDAL device on 2006 december. After an year microsoft released windows mobile 6 and all other vendors provided upgrade to windows mobile within a short period of time. But in an international mobile forum imate is the first company demonstrated windows mobile 6 on a PDAL device. It is almost 2 year now and microsoft released another version of Windows called 6.1. So far imate customers like me did not get an upgrade to windows mobile 6. I am sure they are capable of providing the support buy they are not ready to give upgrade. This shows the kind of ethics and values that company follows.
This phone is not suitable for an average indian who do not throw away his/her mobile every year. So if you wish to use same mobile for atleast 2 years. Do not trust them do not get into the trap.
